We heard a tree fall near us in the middle of the night, which was a good reminder to check for dead trees before setting up our tents!

We made it to OREGON today!!!! California is really really really LONG!!!!!!!!!!!  California was full of spectacular country and great people, but it feels darn good to be out of the state and into Oregon!

We had a hard time finding a camping spot so we hiked farther than intended, but eventually found a nice flat spot.
