Day 123 9/15 26.5mi.

We woke up and went back to the store to get our stove fuel right when it opened at 8. While there we ran into a hiker whom we had met earlier in the trip, but had to get off trail due to an injury, she lives in Seattle and so she came up to provide trail magic. She gave us muffins, croissants, snickers, cookies, and more. She drove us the halfmile down to the trail and we were on our way.

We didn't take many breaks today and hiked most of the way with Dr. Huss and another hiker we just met named Tracks. The hiked today provided some great views of Mt. Rainer, there is still a fair amount of smoke in the air but we were close enough to get a good view. We arrived at a nice big campsite near a lake just after dark.
