Day 65 7/19 24.5mi.

Last night at about 1:30 the wind pulled one of my tent stakes out of the ground causing the whole thing to collapse on to me. After finding my way out I ran around in the cold and got it set back up, but this time I put huge rocks on top of all the stakes. The tent lasted the rest of the night after that.

The sky remained gray almost all day and we even got a couple faint drizzles a few times. Luckily it never really rained on us though and by late evening the sky had cleared up.

We made it to a lake just after dark, found a flat spot and called it a night.
